facebook for wordpress: conversions api
-
We installed Facebook for WordPress plugin to set up conversions api for better tracking facebook ads results. Although the connection seemed to be successful, our events are still not being tracked by the conversions api. Any recommendations on how to set it up correctly, or solve this glitch?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi there,
The site nishipearls.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Sitegroun Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/nishipearls.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and other hosting companies also happen to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact the maker of the plugin you are using to add tracking, as they would be in the best position to help: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/official-facebook-pixel/
Hope that points you in the right direction!
