Facebook link not uploading correctly

    I have published several posts and successfully shared them to Facebook, however just today, after no changes on my end, whenever I link a post to Facebook it does not link the title or featured image, it just looks like a generic link to my blog. I tried installing Yoast SEO and using that to fix the linking issues but it stays the same. Can anyone point me in the right direction or walk me through how exactly I was supposed to have used Yoast? I just want my title and image to be visible on the Facebook thumbnail.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

    For help with a specific plugin for that software, like Yoast, please contact their support directly.

    It could be that Facebook’s sharing cache for your site has become stuck. Something you can try is to run your post links through their sharing debugger at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/ and force it to rescrape your post for preview content, but that’s as much help as I’m able to give here.
