Problem: The same event ID is received for multiple instances of events You send the same event ID to multiple instances of AddToCart events Event IDs are unique identifiers used to eliminate duplicates of identical events obtained from the pixel and API of conversions, so that they are not counted twice. To ensure that Facebook counts your events accurately, each instance of a unique event needs its own unique event identifier. This can lead to problems measuring events and attributing your campaigns.
Solution: Check the source code Update the event_id parameter for AddToCart events so that each instance of a unique event sends a unique event ID from the pixel as well as through the conversion API. For Pixel, you can do this with the source code of your site. For the Conversion API, you can do this using the Graph API Explorer or your server console.
