  Having trouble with our Facebook Plugin. Getting this message while trying to update. Update Failed: Could not create directory. custom-facebook-feed-pro/css

  Hi there, can we have a link to your site please? It sounds like your site may be self-hosted and not hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites, I would suggest asking for help from the plugin author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

  The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
