Facebook Preview Issues

Hello, I’m by no means an expert, but I’ve done some research and I’m hitting a dead end. My site is https://birdersp.com.
When I share a post to Facebook by copying and pasting a link, the preview image is always a cropped version of the header image on my site, not the featured image of said post.
All the reading directs me on how to use AIOSEO-type plugins (which I use) to set a specific image for Facebook to select for posts, as well as using the Facebook debugging tool (which doesn’t solve my problem). This is not really what I’m looking for.
What I want is for the featured image (which I always set for each post) to show up when I share a post, as it does for most other websites I see shared on FB. Otherwise, every time I share a site, its just my site logo that shows up which is less attractive to drive clicks.
Hopefully this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
