Facebook thumbnail suddenly totally wrong image

  This WordPress.com page is supposed to help me, but it didn’t. (https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-image-thumbnail/) The images that show up on Facebook are not the ones that I want to display. When I visited Facebook’s ‘Debugger’ page for developers, it displayed these errors: ‘The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.’

  Also, my Blavatar is not the image that displays when I share my blog, it’s a random instagram photo from the bottom of my site…
