Facing Multiple Issues

    Hello, yesterday I was trying to update the plugins. Suddenly the update stopped and got a fatal error message. I couldn’t access the site without going to the recovery mood. All the woocommerce plug ins got deactivated. I contacted my hosting operators. They suggested to delete the update and upload the last backup files. I tried to do that. But now the situation is even worse. The site is completely lost. Cannot acces wp-admin page. The theme is complete gone. The products are gone.

    The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
