  I cannot log in. My username and/or password are not accepted although I have not changed them. I get a message saying a link to reset is sent to my email but I receive no email. How can I get access?

  Thanks! I can see that site is actually hosted by Host Gator. It’s not using our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. This means you’re set up on the other version of WordPress which is the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
