  Regarding which site is this? http://thewatertherapist.wordpress.com/ is on our free plan and has no plugins active which would allow you to receive orders via that site.

  If you’re speaking of a site using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, please contact support for the ecommerce plugin you’re using directly. Or you can ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums for general help:
