Failed to insert my xml file

  I try to upload my xml file to reset my blog in wordpress and insert all my posts but it says that i must wait 24 hours. Could you fix that mistake? thanks :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nope, just a manual import. I selected my xml from my computer using the “import” option.

  Let me try this again. Where specifically is the XML import file from please? Is it from Blogger, Tumblr, Israblog, LiveJournal, Movable Type, Typepad, Posterous, Xanga or from Yahoo! 360 ?

  ah! from WordPress, it was from another blog that i had and i deleted. I exported it using the export option in wordpress.
