failed to make payment

  I have tried 3 different visa debit cards and failed to make payment. What should I do? the last time i got this error message ‘Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.’

  I can see that our Billing support team has already replied to your ticket. If you need more information, please get back to them directly.

  From what I can see, you should be able to make a new purchase already.
