FAILURE TO CREATE A MENU BAR

  I have been trying for hours to create a menu bar on my site but after creating the menu thenm saving it nothing completely appears , I have read the articles concerning this problem and how to solve it but none of it works. Please I need your urgent help

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
