Failure to link a domain after paying for it

I registered a domain through godaddy.com and purchased your upgrade to link to this site. It says it is not working, and upon visiting the site, I get a godaddy setup. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Hi there – your domain becausereasons.com is still pointing to GoDaddy’s servers. In order to finish mapping it to your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to log into your GoDaddy domain registration control panel and update the name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comPlease be sure to first read our guide to mapping an existing domain – especially the heads-up about any email accounts you may have on the domain.
Just let me know if you need further help.

I did read everything I could about mapping my domain available on this site. The problem seems to lie in that GoDaddy only allows two name servers.
This is the first time I have ever done this, and I bought the mapping thing from here because it said something about doing the hard stuff for me. This is confusing. If I can’t figure it out tonight, how do I cancel the service? It says I have a 48 hour window.

Glad to hear you figured it out. :-)
For future reference, technically you can use only ns1 and ns2, although most registrars allow you to add many name servers.
Happy blogging!
