Failure to renew website

  I am trying to renew my blog perfectlywonderfulblog.com but clicking on the ‘renew’ button does not work. I am the administrator, so I’m not sure what the issue is. Thank you in advance for your help.

  Hi there,

  That domain is no longer registered with us. That domain expired on 26 September and was removed from our system in November. It has since gone through redemption at the domain registry and has been completely deleted. There is no way for us to recover it any more.

  Luckily it doesn’t appear that anyone else has since bought it, so you should be able to register it again as a new domain. If you want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site, go to My Site ->Plans to add a new plan to your site, and then go to My Site ->Domains ->Add to register the domain again.
