fashionmommy’s blog

I am changing my hosting and my new host needs to point the nameservers away – see below.

To point the domain over to us please assign the following nameservers:

    ns1.stablepoint.com
    ns2.stablepoint.com
    ns3.stablepoint.com
    ns4.stablepoint.com

My domain is a .com I purchased through you, through Wild West Domains. I can’t see where to change the nameservers.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. Please log in to the correct account so you’ll be able to change its name servers.

If you’re not able to access that account please follow our Account recovery guide:

It isn’t. When I log into that account all my blog information, posts, stats is there. But nowhere to change domain. I have just gone through account recovery on my email, the one attached to all my wordpress accounts, and have changed everything, and have still gone back to that page., with no domain information.
I can’t use my wordpress.org info to log into my .com account and their is no domain info on their either, but I have a receipt from last week from paypal showing I paid for renewal of the domain last week and that receipt has come to the same email attached to the site.

  • You are not signed in to the correct account for managing that domain. The domain is associated to a similarly named useraccount fashionmommy. Please sign in to that account and post back here.

I don’t know the password to a fashionmommy account, and when I try to get a reset password request sent, nothing is coming through to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account to do this. This is the only email I have. The only thing I can think of is that the account is trying to come to an old email I had at (email visible only to moderators and staff) email, but that has been obsolete for about 9 years.

  • We aren’t able to say what email is attached to the account. I can say that is different from the one listed on fashionmommywm because each account requires a unique email address.

With out access to the email account you will need to use another item that proves ownership. Find the transaction ID from your bank statement and submit that to us via the account recovery form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Have done that and also put the possible original email address for the account. Am now just waiting on a reply.
