'fatal error'

  When I try to access my website a ‘fatal error’ message pops up. It is the same when I try to access it as an admin. The website is searslanding.com and I have recently taken over from Hap Willard. I am unable to log in to the Word Press site to try and fix it from that end. My user name is not recognized. Please advise how to continue.
