Fatal error
-
Hi I am the technology coordinator for our school, and we just found out that whenever a parent tries to get onto out site, they get the following error Fatal error: Call to undefined method ReflectionParameter::hasType() in /home/content/61/9177461/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php on line 40
We do not know who or what the administrator email address is. I did not design the site, and I am kind of behind the 8-ball here. Is there any way I can get some help for this. You cannot access chat or anything without logging in, if I use the admin info I was provided that does not work either. We need our website back up
Sincerely Anthony Frasca

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And, you can find Cornerstone’s support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cornerstone/

Unfortunately I do not understand anything that you posted in that response. How do I know who is hosting my website? I am sorry, Like I said I did not set up any of this.
Anthony

Your hosting provider is whomever you’re paying monthly or annually to host the site.
I recommend checking with your organization on that, as it’s very critical. If the hosting bill is not regularly paid, the site will go offline for good.
