Fatal Error

    Hello,
    I host my website with one.com, however I created the website on wordoress. I have recently realiased that the website has undergone a ‘fatal error.’ It is no longer even listed under my sites section when I log into wordpress for me to repair.
    Please can you help me.

    Hi there,

    What is the address of the site you are referring to? And was the site connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack? I am currently not seeing any jetpack-connected sites under your account.

    You will want to contact your site host regarding the fatal error. Since the site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, we cannot provide direct support since we do not have access to the site.

    But, please provide the URL and I’d be happy to check on any Jetpack-related connection issues.
