  Hi,

  I am a super admin for a website. I cannot access the admin panel, and have been unable to contact a developer who helped us build the website. We have a critical error which means we cannot do anything with the website. This is for a charity and we cannot afford for the website to be non-functioning. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated
