Fatal Error – cannot access wp-admin

We are unable to access any of the admin pages on moagglass.com
Additionally, all the pages in our wordpress.com account under My Sites in the admin bar will not load for this site. This includes the Settings, Plans, Settings, Home.
They all just say “Select a site to open __page__” with no sites listed beneath them.
I don’t have FTP access configured in my Filezilla but it does look like we have a Business account so that should be available. But I can’t get access to the page in the admin to create the FTP creds.
We need to figure out what this error is so we can access the admin again.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hmmm, interesting. We’re not hearing any other reports of this nature. I wonder if there is something causing issues on your end of things via a browser.
What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

Okay I assumed it was related to this fatal error we’re getting on the site.
I’m getting the following console error on Chrome. I turned off my ad blocker. I can’t think of anything else that would be causing it, but it’s still happening.
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403
I was able to get in on Firefox and make myself SFTP creds. But there are no error logs in the FTP connection. I turned on WP DEBUG and set a file path for WP_DEBUG_LOG. Nothing is displaying for no error log created. I initially did not set DEBUG_DISPLAY to false, and still nothing showed on the page.

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
