My website will not load and has the following message – Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_post_meta()
I’m not sure how to fix this and welcome any tips.WP.com: Unknown

Sorry to hear that! As the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:
– Ask your host to see if the email is stuck on their server
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
