fatal error problem when updating pipdig plugin

    Hello, I am completely new to the blog world and just received this fatal error message : atal error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pipdig_body_classes() (previously declared in /home/ciaobel5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/p3/p3.php:64) in /home/ciaobel5/public_html/wp-content/themes/pipdig-evelynrose/functions.php on line 604.

    Can someone please let me know what I can do to fix this? I saw something about using an FTP but literally have no idea what this means.
