Favicon not showing on mobile devices only desktop

    Hello Support Team,

    I recently change my primary domain name and now my favicon works fine on desktop when using Google Chrome or whenever I’m in admin dashboard however, when I search for my website as a user on a mobile device my favicon display as a empty Google globe. Favicon wont show on mobile devices. Please can someone help with these problem.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by Siteground.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
