  Does anyone know if I am able to have a community forum for my website so my readers can post questions on my site and get them answered by others or myself?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot embed a forum into a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You can get a free forum on the internet and link to it from your blog.

  You can embed a customized contact form. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  If you want a Twitter-like blog you can use the P2 theme. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/p2/
