  Excuse me, I’d like to inquire about the Creator package. It includes a Live Chat feature, and I understand that it can be used for WhatsApp pop-ups. So, my question is, can we include our own WhatsApp number for it?
  Does it have to be from WordPress? Thank you in advance, and I kindly request for a prompt response.

  The Live Chat feature in the Creator Plan means you can get support through Live Chat – https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/live-chat/

  If you want to use a WhatsApp popup on your site, you do need the Creator Plan to install a whatsapp plugin.
