Featured Image box missing

  Hi, My website has editor roles assigned to members. One of these members no longer has the ability to add a featured image to posts as the box is missing. This happened literally overnight.

  We have checked all settings, (screen options, cleared cache, tried another browser), nothing works.

  When I log into the site (I’m an administrator), I can see the box no problem.

  We use the Jannah theme.

  Can anyone shed some light as to what may be causing this issue?

  Hi Caroline,

  What is the username of the person that has problems adding Featured Images?
  Could you also confirm the address of the site with the issue?

  Oh, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help in this case, because your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
