Featured Image Caption with Multiple Links

Hi,
I’d be grateful for anyone’s help with the following issue;
We’ve created a post template using elementor builder. In the post content we can insert images and have captions below that that link to multiple sites e.g. to the artists website and one to the source. For example; ‘Image is courtesy of John Doe from Autism Charity’ with a link from John Doe to their instagram account, and from Autism Charity to the charity. We want to do the same with the featured image caption, but it won’t let us create links in the text. Is there anyway around this for a post template?
We’re a social enterprise that will be helping people to publish online, as such we expect to have hundreds of different featured images with various attribution details, and that could in places have three links. We want to make sure we credit those who have volunteered their images and time in helping us, and so need there to be links.
