Featured image does not display on homepage

    I’m looking to start an online movie review blog and went through Fivver for support. The theme that was installed is by Dooplay but for some reason, the featured image from my posts does not show up on the homepage (only title and excerpt). It does show up on the main ‘reviews’ page with the image. The person who installed the theme was not able to figure out how to resolve the issue. I have reached out to the developer of the theme but they’re slow to respond. I’m guessing there may be some code missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.

    The theme that was installed is by Dooplay

    This tells me if your site is hosted here with our service, you will have a Business Plan, but I was not able to find that.

    The site hollywoodhippo.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
