Featured Image doesn't work in vigilance theme

  I am trying to do a featured image using the vigilance theme so I can have a different header on each page. I uploaded my image (920×180) and can see it under “featured image” on my about us page but when I publish, all I can see is my homepage header. I searched the forums but could not find anyone with the same problem.

  Anyone know?
