Featured image not showing on LinkedIn via Publicize

Please can you advise. LinkedIn say the issue is not with them, but our IT have updated Jetpack plugin, disabled Yoast and the feature image still doesn’t appear on LinkedIn when we use Publicize. If I manually share the post, the image shows ok. The image works fine when I use Publicize to Facebook and Twitter. Please can you help as this is a very big deal for our little business. The site I need help with is hubpublishing.co.uk. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/Both should show a preview of what their platform will display. If you scroll down on both, you’ll see the image info. Perhaps LinkedIn has more information there for you.

Hi, I do not have a WordPress.org login so cannot use the Jetpack support forum.

Please could you share to Jetpack forum for me – or offer any other help – I am absolutely stuck for ideas, as are our IT team (although they will try debugging as you suggest).

You will want to create a WordPress.org account to post to their forums – I recommend doing that, as it will also give you access to more general support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
