Featured Image on blog posts being cropped

  Hello,
  When I set a featured image to a blog post on my site, the image automatically becomes cropped to an undesirable size. How can I change this? I tried cropping the image a tiny bit manually to see if it helped, but it didn’t. Please help!

  Hi there,

  Most WordPress themes automatically center-crops featured images based on the screen size of the device someone is viewing your site on. You can’t prevent that, as that’s how the theme is designed to work, but you can limit the cropping by resizing images to the dimensions suggested by your theme before you upload them and set them as featured.

  In your theme’s case:

  Featured Images work best with 960 wide by 593 high.
