Featured Images

    Hi, I am having constant troubles with the featured image when creating new blog posts. I add a picture then when it saves, it disappears. It’s driving me crazy. I can’t find any consistent reason for it not working. Do you have a set of instructions for what the picture needs to be for it to work the first time? Thanks very much.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It sounds like there could be something up with the theme – we’d recommend reaching out to the theme developer to see if there’s an update due or if there’s a bug that needs fixing there.
