Featured images appearing twice

  I need help with featured images for my blog posts. When I make a featured image, on my draft page it shows up once, but then on my actual website it’s there twice and once in a way too large format which the image quality doesn’t work with. In addition, there is a caption not visible on my draft about another picture, which displays next to my featured image, and I can’t get rid of it.
