  I have another account under (email visible only to moderators and staff) that I can’t seem to get into? You charged me $13 for a website, but I am not using it. I need you to please reverse the charge and cancel the automatic fee renewal? I have not used this website at all. Please send me a confirmation once it has been reversed. Thank you! May Quijano

  We can definitely cancel and refund the charge to you, but you’ll need to confirm ownership over the account you cannot get into first.
