Feedback button not working on Safari

I added a feedback button on the left side of a page. Someone told me that while using Safari on Mac, they were unable to scroll down to the bottom of the feedback button in order to submit a comment. For what it is worth, I used Safari on my phone, and I was able to submit a comment.

I visited claycountykansasplan.wordpress.com on my desktop computer using Chrome and Firefox, and I did not see a feedback button on my end.

Can I see this on your homepage? Or is it a specific place I need to look at?

I visited https://claycountykansasplan.wordpress.com/home/draft-plan-documents/ in Safari (on my Mac) and for me the feedback button seems to work without issue. If I click on it I can see the form, and I am able to see the entire form without scrolling.
Out of curiosity did you move it’s position recently? The Feedback Button block allows you a few options on where to “pin” the button, and on that page it on the middle right. You mentioned that the person that tried to use it could not scroll to see the full form, was it when the button was in a different position, or has the button always been where I see it now?

I’m glad it worked for you on a Mac. It worked for me when I tried it too.
The button has always been on the left, so honestly, I think it could be a user issue and not the website.Mason
