Feedback comments are always just numbers, like an IP address. Is this spam?

  I have a feedback contact form on my site and often get notifications that I have feedback. Every single one has been a string of numbers resembling an IP address, like this 185.54.228.67

  I’m assuming it’s some kind of spam but nothing happens when I click on them and it’s strange that it’s all I get in my feedback section.
