  Hi. I am just creating my blog and I want to know how to: 1. Create a menu – How do I add topics to a drop down menu? 2. How do I keep a certain post at the top of my blog? 3. How do I put a different post on the side of my page? Thank you.

  You do this by setting a post to sticky. That option will be in the editor.
