File manager

  I am looking for a file manager whereby users that have access to the dashboard can upload files and they can only be then viewed by users that have also have access to the dashboard (user role committee in this case). I have tried WP file manager which seemed to work apart from the file also appeared in the media library so non committee would be able to see it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
