file size and uploading

    hi, can I please have my max file upload size increased to 4GB please?
    also, when I try upload a file it stops at ‘crunching’ or fails and comes up with ‘ Warning: POST Content-Length of 225595440 bytes exceeds the limit of 2000 bytes in Unknown on line 0
