File Sizing For Templates

I am in need of help to resize a file or increase the file size allowed in my wordpress site.

It might help if you revealed the address of the site you need help with. This forum assists with free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here the maximum (media) file size that can be uploaded is 1GB. However, if you’re trying to upload a theme my first thoughts are that you have a site hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software where maximum file sizes (to upload media and themes) can be much smaller (but can usually be changed).
