File upload to Media Library

    I am having trouble uploading larger (10-15MB) files to the Media library (well below the 1GB limit. They appear to start downloading and then just cut before they are finished. Any suggestions/workarounds ?

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    Thanks macmanx. Having had trouble last night I thought I would have another go early this morning. I started the download and at the same time opened the forum to see if I could suss anything out. Back to the Media Library and behold, the file had uploaded. The other two also loaded ok, so back on track. I have on occasion had this problem before so likely a cache problem as you suggest. Thanks for ‘browshappy’, I was on Firefox 74.0.1 but the upload worked ok in the end using this.
