Filezilla can not connect to wordpress

    I purchased my domain (riflogic.com) through google/enom and have already mapped the domain name to wordpress hosting by changing to custom dns following the instructions provided by wordpress. I have now purchased the thesis theme from diythemes.com and in order to get thesis onto my wordpress dashboard I have downloaded filezilla and am attempting to connect to the host provider in order to upload the file information so I can use thesis. Unfortunately, when filezilla asks me to enter the sever name (riflogic.com) and put in my username and password (wordpress username and password) in order to connect, it always fails. Could you please offer some guidance on how I can resolve this issue. Thanks.

    We are just a blogging service, not a hosting provider, so we do not offer FTP access.

    I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

    You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
