  In order to add a fill-in submission box (ex: for a campaign), do you need to have wordpress premium? Or is there a way to code it for free?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t need any upgrade and don’t need to do any coding for this. The contact form feature is built into all WordPress.com sites, and we also support embedding from certain third-party contact form providers if our built-in form is not sufficient for your needs.
