Finding a template from the .org site on .com

  I am trying to find The Garfield Messenger to use as a template. I found it on the .org site. Searched it on the .com site and it is not there. Went back to .org and searched again and it was not there. How can download it?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
