Finding an old blog

    I started a blog using WordPress in 2014, but I can’t find it.
    It’s called ‘highways and desert tracks’ or possibly ‘highwaysanddeserttracks’.
    It’s likely the email address I used it old as well.
    Any suggestions for locating it?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    The site https://highwaysanddeserttracks.wordpress.com/ does still excist on our platform but has been set to private.
    Wordpress.com can’t and won’t reveal information about the owner of that site or give you login credentials. Tor estore access to the account owning that site, you find several options at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Oh dear… :-(

    The email address I used has been deactivated, and the phone I used was lost years ago.
    I don’t have any of the keys/codes because these would all be on old computers.
    I don’t recall a 2-step authentication process back then.

    Is there ANY other way to prove it was me? Maybe like photos, words that no-one else would know or use contained in the blog, or dates that certain events happened? An old password?
    ANYTHING?

    If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

    We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
