Finding Danish-languaged blogs

  Hi WP

  I love your blogging features, but your changes from the old search-engine to this new one, well, I’m not crazy about.

  Anyway, my question is how to find blogs in Danish. When I search on topics I often end with English blogs or Swedish or Norwegian blogs, based on the similar spelling of words. Is it possible to look through blogs in Danish only, and if so, how?

  Hi there,

  The Topics page will show you results based on your account language settings and the blogs’ language settings. You can manage your account language under “Interface language” on this page: https://wordpress.com/?ssl=forced#!/settings/account/

  If your account is set to English, the topics page when you search for “news,” for example, will show English-language blogs:

  http://en.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/news/

  You can change the language you are looking at by changing the language prefix in the link. For example, you can find Danish-language posts by changing the en in the link above to da, like this:

  http://da.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/news/

  This relies on the blog language settings, so you may see other languages appear on the Topics pages if those blogs haven’t changed their language settings. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
