  Please help me wordpress… I want to change my host, so i need my hostname/ip address and my control panel URL?

  WordPress.com is not a standard webhost and thus does not have cpanel access.

  Are you looking to move your WordPress.com site to a self-hosted WordPress site using the WordPress.org software?
