Hello,
I think the staff could provide you better support with this so I’m adding the moodlook tag to your thread so they can take a closer look at your issue. -
Hi there, is gordsplumbing.wordpress.com the site you need help with or is it a different site? If a different site, please give us the website address.

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?

@hasibk112 that site is indeed a self-hosted copy of WordPress through Digital Ocean. It’s quite different from a site that’s using our managed hosting service.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact Digital Ocean to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordAs long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access, with their help if needed.
And if you need more help with your WordPress installation, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
