Hi,
My theme is approved and published on WordPress.Org yesterday: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/firmasite
I know some of theme’s features are not suits for WordPress.Com like google fonts etc. I would like to make theme WordPress.Com compatible without removing features for .org users. I can prepare a special php file that makes necessary changes if Theme Wranglers likes my theme. -

Yeah i checked it a bit and i am already saying there is some features that are not suits WordPress.Com. Simple question is:
“How can i make some changes to theme to make it WordPress.Com compatible without removing those features?” -
You have to essentially create an entire new theme, that looks much like your old one, but which does not have those features.

What about a child-theme that making FirmaSite theme to suits WordPress.Com? Basically child-themes are working without needing parent theme activated/published on networks

While we don’t offer individual theme assessments here, if your theme were to be selected by our theme wranglers for use on WordPress.com, you wouldn’t need to worry about the technical side. Our theme wranglers would handle the conversion, making sure it meets the standards of WordPress.com. I hope this helps!
