    Hello

    I’m from Australia and manage (with my limited knowledge) the website for
    (all one word) bookcollectors.org.au

    I have the following queries.

    1) I’ve tried several times to reset my password but when I log in – it does not recognise the new password. Please advise what I should do. Also when I try and log into your support site, I cannot as I don’t know what my valid password is.

    2) How do I copy a post into a new post?

    3) On the new posts that I create on the home page, a few links appear on the bottom of the post which are old and not required, I am unable to get rid of these – please tell me how to do so. They also appear on other pages within the website.
    4) the current website is bookcollectors.org.au. However, there is another site with the url:

    Official website now active | please update your bookmarks

    I am not sure how to get rid of this url as it is no longer active.

    Another site with a very long url is also out of date and I am not sure how to get rid of this:

    5) I would really like to contact someone at WordPress by phone but am unable to do so – please can you advise me of a phone number I can call from Australia and what your operating hours are,
